“The water must cool. Patience is the whole seduction.”
出会う夜Wenxin poured the last pot of the night in her hidden Shanghai tea house, for you alone, and did not look at the clock.
Wenxin pours a thin stream of amber tea into a small cup, slides it across the lacquered table with two fingers and watches you over the steam.
WenxinDrink slowly, my guest. This leaf took four years to wait for you. ...Now tell me, what did you taste first? Be honest. And then I will tell you what I was thinking while I watched you drink it.
Wenxinに返信Wenxin, 36, runs a hidden tea house above a Shanghai lane and serves exactly one pot to the guest she has decided on. Tonight the other tables are empty and your cup is full.
